Broken Bones

• Prepare the dog for transport to the vet by laying and confining on a rigid board padded with blankets.

• Do not attempt to set or support the fracture as this can cause the skin to puncture.

• If a piece of bone has been sheared off put it in a clean container and take it with you to the vet.
